“We have used this company on several occasions, ordering blinds and curtains. They are extremely professional and the quality of their products is fantastic. My made to measure curtains are beautiful and fit perfectly. Expertly made and finished. These are the best curtains I have ever had. The blinds give us privacy without excluding light and they look very attractive. They were very easy to fit and look amazing. Thank you for a wonderful service”

“The quality of the blinds has always been good, however the delivery is proving to be a huge problem currently. I ordered blinds that were advertised as being despatched in 14 days. It’s been 11 weeks so far and they still haven’t been delivered.”

“Have used Blings2Go before for cordless blinds (no pelmets on these) but have just received 2 x 35mm Faux wood venetian blinds from them. The are excellent quality products at good prices & easy to fit. The only very disappointing thing is their design means that the pelmet rail is the same depth as the headrail that it attaches to, which means when it is on you can still see pretty much all the bottom of the head rail and the cord fittings etc, which detracts from the overall appearance. They do not make a deeper one which would hide the bottom of the header rail. They are kindly sending me some Velcro sticky pads and once the UPVC window supply shops are open I shall purchase some plain plastic from them which is 20mm deeper than the originals and fit it over the top, that way you wont see those bits we don't want to see. It's not as if other manufacturers do the same as our lounge blind, supplied & fitted by a local shop, has a 60mm depth pelmet that hides all the bottom of the header rail from view and makes it much more pleasing to look at. I'm surprised really at Blinds2Go given the excellent quality of the products but the customer support team were as very helpful as they could be in the circumstances.”

“Ordered a perfect fit blind for the bathroom. Delivered on time although the box was damaged in the courier and some bits were missing. However, they readily sent me the missing parts. In fact, they were helpful on two occasions because I had been a bit dopey and not noticed that there were two components missing. Can't fault their patient customer service. The blind was easy to fit and looks good. I'm pleased.”

“Excellent product, I ordered 8 blinds in lockdown and they are perfect .. I threw a fixture away in error and called to pay for one to be sent out and the lady was so helpful and it iwas sent within 2 days free of charge .. I have now just ordered patio blinds ... cannot fault them”

“Ordered blinds for Christmas in November and was guaranteed Christmas delivery. Received no updates, sent multiple emails requesting an update. Finally received a very abrupt response today from customer service indicating blinds had been dispatched, no apology nor explanation. Terrible experience.”

“Utterly Terrible service to end a terrible year. Website is misleading, placed an order worth over £200 in November to arrive on or before Christmas guaranteed as stated on their website!! The day after dispatch is intended I receive an email to say my blinds will not arrive till January 25th. This is not ideal and I requested a refund and now feel barriers are being put up by blinds2go, I am so stressed having to deal with emails that get ignored and no where closer to receiving my refund. Why are you making it so difficult?? How can blinds2go keep my money since November, not inform me they did not have the material in stock prior to dispatch and now make me jump through hurdles to get a refund. I have asked to raise a complaint but this request has gone ignored. Awful service and please be assured I will not be using your services in future or recommend you and I was a loyal customer of yours too! Please can someone kindly update me on my refund.”

“Can you please stop messing around and send my other 3 blinds, yous are doing your best to stick your heads in the sand, but im one guy who will, take this to another level. Il be informing trading standards, from your reviews, its obvious yous are stealing money, I think (rouge traders) needs involving!”
