Have used Blinds 2go a few times now and cannot fault them. From ordering samples, through measuring, ordering, receiving and fitting, the whole process is very easy. First time measuring was a bit nerve-wracking, but after my first time went smoothly I gained my confidence. Much cheaper than my local made-to-measure suppliers & great quality too

Ordered a total of 14 Roman and slat blinds. All arrived as ordered and on time. There was a small quality issue which may have been transportation related but it was immediately corrected. Good quality materials and material at a competitive price. Will use again.

First order that I have been disappointed with. The countersunk head fixings supplied for the mounting of the brackets had to be replaced with round head due to the screws not being compatible with plain holes. The cable retention hooks had no fixings supplied. There was a screw in the LH rail of the 4.7 metre rail which stopped the blind from joining in the middle.

I was so pleased with my first roller blind order, I have ordered 2 more since. All different style fabrics and all for different rooms. Wouldn't hesitate to use Blinds 2go next time. The whole process from ordering samples, measuring and delivery is exceptionally straightforward.

Well made blinds, but unfortunately they were too small . The measurements were correct to fit the window but the blind was smaller each side so I have a large gap both sides that let the light in, next time as I need new lounge and conservatory blinds I will have a company to measure and make them.

The perfect fit blinds arrived very promptly and are easily fitted. Sadly a few of the bottom slats are damaged due to the way they had been packaged and for the cost of the blinds they also arrived with some minor scuffs and scratches from the manufacturing process. So for these reasons I have only given 4/5. Otherwise their appearance is great.

They fit the window perfectly and colour and fabric look good too. The blind is for my sons room and it seems to block out light pretty well. Will order another blind from them soon.

I Placed an order for nine blinds on 15 May 2021 and advised Anticipated Dispatch Date - 14/06/2021. On 27 may 2021 was advised Anticipated Dispatch Date - 16/06/2021 On 15 June 2021 advised quote ‘We have noticed that our estimated dispatch date has now overrun. Because of this, we have sent a request through to production for an update. The production unit has been in touch to advise that this will be with you either tomorrow or Thursday’ On 16 June advised quote ‘We are sorry to notify you but sadly we are going to be delayed in delivering your order. We are currently waiting for new stock of the Cordoba Blackout Beige Roller Blind to be delivered to us but this has unfortunately been delayed. Your order is expected to be dispatched in the week commencing 28th June at the latest, however it is possible that we will be able to improve upon this date as the stock often arrives earlier than the scheduled date’ I traced the order on ‘MY ORDER’ section of their email, Estimated dispatch date 01 July 2021 I replied to this email with no response I called customer service and was told that my order would not be dispatched until END OF JULY and was told it was not possible to speak to a manager and I would have to wait 48 hours for a response. I cancelled the order, hope my refund is faster than their production.

Really well made fitted blinds to size. Have fited the entire house with Roman blinds/Slated & Roller blinds. Windows look great

I get all my blinds from Blinds 2 go and I can’t fault them I have had roller - wooden Venetian - normal Venetian and more recently Romans - they are all first class. The choice is amazing the prices can’t be beaten and the quality is fantastic I wouldn’t go anywhere else now - can’t recommend them enough.

This is my third order of blinds and once again I am very happy. I was nervous, at first, about measuring for the blinds myself but followed the directions and the blinds were perfect. This time the blinds were to replace some that were already in the new house so the difference in quality is apparent with Blinds2go being far superior. So - easy to measure, easy to order, arrive within the stated time period, easy to hang, great quality and a very good price. I’m now ordering more for the bedrooms.

Blinds by Stevie Wonder!! Used this company previously without a problem but this time, a total mess. Ordered 4 lots of twin blinds as soon as we exchanged contracts on our new house, moved in 10 days later, seems from these people it takes ages for delivery, 3 weeks (later found out other companies are much quicker). Went to put them up and the blinds were too narrow. Checked my measurements 3 times and they were ordered correctly. Contacted customer service on 11 June and had standard reply, photos of everything despite sending some when I reported the problem. They seen to take at least 2 days to respond and said they were made correctly (shame they don’t fit!!) but offered me 50% off if I reordered. Told them no, wasn’t prepared to wait another 3 weeks and was going elsewhere and leaving negative review. Finally (after we had ordered from another company) they came back offering to supply new blinds free, too late by this time. I told them again to arrange collection of the blinds as they were not fit for purpose or as ordered, different customer service person said replacements would take 10-14 WORKING days but may be quicker. New blinds ordered on 7.00pm 17th June, delivered 28th June, 9 CALANDER days and they fit!! Now we can enjoy our new home without cardboard at the windows, no thanks to Blinds2go!!

Excellent service and product. I can't fault the product, the price and the speed in which it was dispatched and delivered. I'll certainly use Blinds2Go again and tell my friends.
