“Excellent delivery easy ordering experience but the quality is not the best as when we were putting up the blinds the ends with the weights in came apart so had to take them down and stitch up by hand also the length of the individual blinds did differ although not greatly”

“The ordering and delivery very efficient. We did think we had the wrong colour blinds (which we didn’t in the end) so contacted someone through chat - I can’t remember her name but she was very abrupt and to the point and in my opinion needs some customer service training! Other than that bad experience can’t fault the product - they look fab 👍🏼”
