“Previously had companies visit to fit our blinds but due to pandemic and a need to replace a broken blind we ordered online, we were a little unsure of what to expect but have been pleasantly surprised a very easy order process, blinds came promptly with all the necessary instructions, they fitted and look fabulous, also alot cheaper than we usually pay, very impressed we will use blinds2go again.”

“ordered 2 blinds 1 of which was recess size and the other ,ie the smaller one was exact size came wrong,it came as recessed size, 30 mm narrower than it should have been, but did not complain as I could not be bothered with the hassle of wasting my time and effort ,so I will not be buying any more from blinds2go, I will be going somewhere else”

“I love blinds to go and use them for all my properties. This is simply feedback to hopefully improve the service and products. For the service I ordered an extra-long blind which comes with a sturdier pull mechanism, this did not fit the standard bracket. I asked for a replaced bracket and they sent the same one. I explained this, so they sent out a new a replacement part for the mechanism, this did not fit the bracket. Third time lucky. For the product The double blinds where one is a privacy blind are fantastic products, I have them in my house and in one BTL. They work really well, but there are some windows which need just the one roller blind, excluding the privacy blind. It is impossible to order the same colour in the single blind, so I end up having to buy the double blind and request a single bracket.”
