“Blinds exactly as described very pleased with purchase”

“Overall pleased with the blind. We have had blinds from Blinds2go before and always pleased. This blind was for a new Utility that had just been finished but when it was up we noticed a small mark on the material (it looks like biro). But we have decided to live with it as we didn't notice it until it was up but it is a shame. It has spoilt an otherwise perfect blind.”

“received the blind when I was away for 3 days, courier left it around the back of my garden and it rained for 2 days, I was very annoyed when I returned home to find 2 packages that had collapsed into a heap due to all the water. Luck would have it the product was OK now fitted looks great BUT not happy with way it was left outside ???”

“Fast and efficient from placing order to delivery. Easy to assemble. Only criticism is that the packing from delivery was damaged and parcel open but blinds were fine. Would definitely recommend.”

“The blind we received is excellent and just as described. The turn around time for it to be made seemed to be pretty quick but he actual delivery time was longer than I hoped for (especially with the price paid for delivery.) but very happy with the purchase and really completes the room perfectly!”

“Good website, competitive prices and a nice product. Good quality and easy to fit. Only negative is they are very wishy washy about delivery times and refused to hold my delivery for a few days while I was away on holiday so I did cancel that order.”

“Good value blinds but instructions need work. Packet says download instructions . Using order number on packet doesn’t work but using order number on original order does. Why are they different. Anyway eventually downloaded a picture exactly the same as the one in the box! Not clear enough to be useful. Other than that very happy for price paid”

“The floor is now fitted and looks good, but when ordering it was not clear which underlay I needed and had to call to check. My tiny bathroom is 2.2 sq mtrs and I was happy to order 3 but although priced per sq mtr, I discovered packs are 2.1 sq mtrs so I had to buy 2 packs which is 4.2 sq mtrs. Was also not happy with kerbside delivery and had to change the original delivery day to arrange when someone could help me unload.”

“B2G Product good. Delivery by UPS iffy. UPS gave us just next working day, no am or pm and no call or text from the driver re: 'I'll be there in 45min' which is what most delivery people do well these days. UPS need to get this right. I'm OK cos I'm retired but if I was working I'd have been hanging around all day. Might put me off ordering from B2G in future.”

“Overall service was good and blinds work as should. Delivery time was rather slow and it appears that money is being saved by using shorter cords, which I know having purchased blinds a few months back. But I cannot argue with £££ for them.”
