“Fuss-free ordering and nice quality faux venetian blinds at a very good price. I am very happy. One comment to please take into account though, and I've taken off a star because of it: The blinds were delivered without notification, despite me checking on my account. Their ordering information states that customer will be informed. Luckily I was at home, as it consisted of several large very heavy packages. Then, a couple of days later, I received an email that informing me that the blinds were on their way.”

“Great quality Roman blinds. I ordered three, delivery was a little longer than expected but not a real problem. Packaging was a bit marginal but again, ok. I’ll use Blind2go again without hesitation.”

“The material on the blinds are good and the sizes are correct. Only issue I have is one of the blinds the dearer one has a hanging bit of think rubber on one side of the roman blind which I think is to hide the seam. I have tried to use material glue but does not stay so will have to cut off.”

“I was slightly dissapointed with my order as the rail wouldnt fit, normally the cord spindle is built into the rail where as this one it was placed on the outside of the rail and didnt fit into the window...”

“We bought a couple of roller blinds. The product itself is great with an easy rope chain mechanism. Product looks great and installation was easy. Only negative, they provide screws that are absolutely useless, the heads can easily be damaged even when using a regular screw driver. Go out a buy some decent screws and save yourself a lot of hassle.”

“I was a bit undecided whether to order from this company or not. Although the majority of the reviews were positive it seemed to me that if anything went wrong the company were more concerned about making money than customer care. Based on the ratio of poor to good reviews and the very competitive prices, I decided to take a chance and I got away with it. I had very quick delivery and all the measurements worked out well. The one issue I have, and I haven't taken this up with the company yet, is that the pull-strings (or whatever they are called) tend to bow downwards when the blinds are open. This is particularly annoying in our door section in that we have inwards-opening doors and have to be careful not to have them catch on the string when opening or closing.”
