“I ordered a bathroom blind, ordering was quick and easy and I received the blind within two weeks. Delivery is expensive however and you are not made aware of this until you proceed to check out. No option for a cheeper delivery. I ordered a right hand opening when it arrived it was actually on the left. This didn’t make much difference to me it was nearly my preference. Sides of the blind a slightly frayed and I’m hoping nothing comes of it. I did get a free upgrade to black out . I would use the service again as the blinds are realistically priced .”

“Great service. Blinds ordered and dispatched quickly. When they arrived they came with simple enough instructions. They were slightly fiddly to fit but it didn’t take long to fit them. Very happy with them.”

“Very happy with. Only criticism is the chain is too short, could do with being longer for an easier open and close. We had Laura Ashley blind beforehand and the chain was much longer which meant it was quicker and easier to use. Otherwise, all very good so far!”

“Ordering was easy, but the item took surprisingly long to arrive. The description of the item was also not quite accurate - ordered a double roller blind thinking that the back blind would be more sheer giving us privacy but still letting us see outside, like a more clean line version of the net curtain we wanted to get rid of, but in fact we can't even see the house opposite through it! It does let light through though as described. I guess this is the problem with ordering on line in general.”

“Excellent quality blinds. They fitted perfectly. No cutting, No trimming and no excess length so they look amazing. They did take a little longer than expected to arrive but were well worth the wait. We shopped around and they were very competitive too. We will use them again.”

“Corded blinds are excellent. The cordless blinds look better, but they suffer from hysteresis (I.e. you extend the blinds to cover the window and they spring back a little. Same again with retracting the blinds. I reckon that behaviour will improve over time). Instructions for fitting cordless brackets are unclear, resulting in me fitting them wrong way round before I discovered my error. The little plastic handle you fit onto the cordless blinds on the other hand is impossible to fit without either wrecking your blind using a hydraulic press or tearing a ligament in your hand. It requires enormous pressure to fit the handle, and I’m not willing to risk a trip to physio to try fitting the handle. It seriously needs a design rethink.”

“The blinds work very well and were easy to fit. However, the colour was significantly different from the images on the webpage (which I viewed on two devices to make sure). So be warned if you want a close match. Otherwise, they look great and make a very good addition to the room.”
