Poor customer service (can't use my blinds) I bought a double blind roller. It has been two weeks that I received my blinds and can't use it as they came with the wrong brackets and after being around a week dealing with the customer service department. They sent to me (very quickly) new brackets, which were also wrong: too small for my blind and also for single one (I bought the double ones). Now it's been 4 days trying to contact customers service without answer. Poor service for the cost.

Extremely happy with our new blinds from blinds2go. Great quality and reasonable price. So good that you can actually order size you want as opposed to other brands that only do 4 or 5 different sizes. Happy days.

Very poor experience. Needed blinds for large flat so ordered single blind first to test service. This order has gone badly. Last correspondence with B2G said they never received order but payment has cleared my account. Can not contact direct and wait an age for reply.

Easy to order and easy to fit. Excellent service and quality. 3rd time I've used blinds to go. Last time was to replace blinds for my mum in her large conservatory. Fitted in no time. And much easier for my mum to use.

Very pleased with the blinds and they fit perfect for my internal gap for patio doors . Easy to fit and love the style without weights and plastic chains at the bottom . Only thing we should have done was order the colour sample first as it came lighter than what it looked on the picture . Would definitely recommend

Quality of both the roller blind and Venetian blind seem good, especially given their cheaper price compared to similar companies. No Rawl plugs were supplied and fitting is not as simple as their video instructions suggest; however, I am not an experienced DIYer. The roller blind is quite noisy when pulling the cord up and down. The delivery service courier they use offer tracking of the order but it does not work and to phone up incurs an extra charge. Understandably, the two orders we placed have taken a long time (well over a month) to process and deliver at the moment but email updates have been good to let us know when things are ready for despatch.

Ordered shades which were installed in January - two different kinds which cost us thousands of dollars. After less than six weeks, one of the shades would not stay up. I contacted the company, repeatedly, on the phone and via email, and received no response for three weeks (understandable due to the pandemic). I finally reached someone who told me that I would have to bring in the broken shade for repair. They would not replace it. So, I will have to have a window in my bedroom without a shade for who knows how long while it is repaired. This window faces the street and a street light. How is that supposed to work for us? When I told the rep that, I got the party line that they do not replace shades. This is ridiculously unacceptable. Not only will they not take out a shade they put in (I was told they would talk me through taking it down), but they will not replace a shade that is clearly defective and probably was from the beginning as it lasted barely six weeks. Secondly, we had a radiator burst and one of the new shades was stained. I put in a claim to my insurance but had to jump through hoops to get the price for the one shade from Blinds2Go. The rep would not give me the information or could not be bothered to look it up. The insurance rep had to call them to get that info. Avoid this company. Their customer service absolutely stinks. So do some of the shades.

Ordering was easy, blinds delivered are just as described. Good quality, perfect fit and easy to install. Received much more quickly than anticipated. Look very good from inside and outside.
