“One star is for the website and ease of ordering, after that it goes downhill. I order 9 wooden Venetian blinds using recess measurements, they are all too long. This affects the way they look and it’s clear there are too many slats. Despite contacting them on numerous occasions, their response is shorten then and here’s the instructions. I still have a considerable number of blinds to order, but will be using another company. Be warned once they have your money, they don’t care about whether you are happy or not.”

“Order blinds from Blinds2go- Firs order came with fantastic L-shape smart bracket (easy to mount looks great) white covers height very big so covering completely everything what you don’t want to see. Base on this experience I did order again but unfortunately this time I didn’t get the same service like before, I got standard metal brackets which you need to nearly destroy your window to mount, white cover only covers blind mont not gap between blind and top of the window frame ! screw set did come incomplete. Had to spend extra to mount blinds which final effect was very disappointing nothing like first order, contacted customer service and been told that you need to reed fine details to find out if blinds have smart fittings or standard ! I think this info should be more clearer. First order 5* , second 1*”

“Unfortunately we have had to add spacer 2 sets although they were all measured the same way. The quality of the wooden blinds are good and look nice up.”

“The lemon blind I bought is just what was needed to finish my toilet. I had a complete revamp but did not know what to put up at the window. I then saw the lemon at blinds2go and I went for it. Best move I could have made. Neat construction and very good quality. The colour does the toilet proud. Jenny Morris.”

“I do love this company (and don’t work there). Simple website, great designs and options, easy to understand measurement instructions. Relatively quick delivery and top quality goods. We’ve pretty much decorated our whole house with blinds and curtains from the company. Use the free/ cheap sample service too, to double check colour of materials before ordering”
