“The blind I purchased from Blinds 2go was difficult to put up since the instructions were vague and incomplete. In the end, we managed, and it is an improvement over my old broken Velux blind. However, I would not recommend this blind as it does not block out the light completely at the bottom of the blind since it does not form a light-tight seal against the window frame.”

“The blind arrived in a box without any brackets to fix it to the wall. Also, no velcro pads to fix the pelmet to the blind. Whoever packed the blind for shipping was required to put four things in the box: blind, pelmet, brackets and velcro pads. They failed to put two of those four things in the box. It's not rocket science. I expected higher standards from blinds2go. Disappointing.”

“This is my fourth blind from this company and I am very happy with the quality of the product. Unfortunately on this occasion the blind had not been properly assembled and it fell apart and unravelled when I opened the packaging. It's fine now but it was a bit fiddly putting it back together. I'm sure it is an unusual event and I would still be happy to deal with Blinds 2Go.”
