“Awful service. I have spent a week trying to contact this company regarding a faulty blind I have received. Multiple emails, Facebook messages and online chat. No correspondence and no acknowledgement. Absolutely atrocious after sales service. Plus the blinds are poor quality and toggles etc very cheap and plastic. They blame Covid but we are currently renovating our house and all other companies have fab customer service.”
