“Ordered over a month ago and still not received. Useless customer service agent and just told me lies advising the items would be dispatched this week. No follow up communication from the company. There are plenty of other blind companies and I’m still getting emails about ordering now and receiving blinds before Xmas, 10 days away! I don’t think so. Very disappointed!”

“Blinds2go sent me some swatches, I chose my roller blind and ordered. It arrived very promptly and they kept me informed of the progress of the order. The fitting instructions are simple and it looks great. I have used blinds2go several times now and have always been pleased.”

“Ordered Venetian blind on 13th Oct that's 7 weeks ago and I am still waiting. Have had no end of delivery dates but none have been met. Phoned and was told it had been despatched and I would get an email to confirm but still nothing. Left a bad review on trust pilot then got an email to say it would be looked at and guess what ! NOTHING.”

“The blind I ordered arrived within the confirmed date. Having easily installed the blind I am very happy with its appearance and operation. The product was very reasonably priced and I will definitely use Blinds-to-go for future purchases.”

“Good quality bespoke products at a great price. The initial order had been damaged by the carriers so I reported this to Blinds2Go and they immediately prioritised making and despatching a replacement at no cost. Can't ask for better service than that!”

“I have ordered wooden blinds and roman blinds from them many times! very straightforward to order and promptly delivered. Good quality blinds and very easy to assemble. I haven't got any issue with the product at all, always came with the right measurement and spec.”

“Arrived in a broken box, colour was described as white but the label says ‘Dirty White’ which means off white. Fabric feels a bit cheap and plastic. But, I have put it up because I’d nothing to pack it in to return it.”

“I originally ordered my blinds on the 29/10/2019 and I was assured that these would be produced and dispatched within 10-14 working days. With this in mind I removed the existing curtains and decorated in preparation for arrival of the new blinds. Having not received any correspondence from Blinds to go I called them to be notified that these were delayed due to shipping issues and that I would receive the blinds no later than the 29/11/2019 over 1 month from the point of original order. Today I received an email to notify me that they would not be dispatched until the 09/12/2019.... I am currently sat with no coverings in my living room, on the main road with all the world to see in. At this rate I am hopeful that I will receive them by Christmas. Appalling service, very poor communication.... AVOID!!”
