“We've just had our second order of wooden blinds delivered. 3 blinds in total now and we are delighted. The quality of the product is excellent. The ordering was very easy. Delivery earlier than expected. Fitting was simple. Very happy. We had one question while we were fitting the blinds, so we rang the customer service number and they sorted it out while we spoke. I've read some negative reviews - but we've had nothing but excellent service.”

“Poor product and customer service. I ordered 7 blinds for Velux windows. Two were damaged in transit and one of these had a strange ‘scorch like’ blemish on the roller cartridge which was visible when installed. On checking the other 5 blinds, another had the same mark. B2G were apologetic but needed photo’s, which were sent. Customer service is not great; generally have to wait several minutes in a queue and it’s never the same person. Initially I was promised replacement blinds but was later told replacement parts would be sent by ‘production’ for me to fit. The parts never arrived and I was told this ‘sometimes happens’ and more new parts would be sent by ‘production’. No tracking number was provided on either occasion and the parts still have not arrived after 10 days. I’m going to call B2G again but am so dissatisfied with the service and the product that I’ve posted this review. The blinds that are installed are not great, being difficult to operate with the telescopic operating rod, which keeps slipping out of it’s location and banging into the window frame, leaving indents. Velux are twice as much money, but the saying ‘you get what you pay for’ is probably appropriate in this case.”

“order 4 blinds two come right two wrong one been made to 1190x1160 which should have been 1200x1160 and a 610 which is total wrong 4 weeks still will not have it that they made them wrong if two were right why are two wrong”

“Very pleased with the made to measure roller blind ordered for our kitchen. Samples ordered arrived quickly, almost next day and blind was delivered well within a couple of weeks of ordering. Although the blind was not delivered with fitting instructions, I downloaded them from their website (some folk may wish to have these delivered with the product) - my partner had no trouble putting it up. They have an easy to use website, which is very helpful. I have no hesitation in highly recommending blinds2go and would purchase from them again.”

“Blinds2go are THE place to go to for blinds... I've used them several times and now every window in my house has one of their blinds! I have the very dark real wood venetian blinds, they are fantastic quality and at such a great price it's unbelievable. Their turnaround time from order to delivery is ridiculously fast too! I have recommended them to all my friends/family. They really are 1st class and I'm so happy to have found them!”

“This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Contacted them a few times and no response. Hundreds of pounds worth of blinds were just left at my front door on a busy main road even though they were requested to be left in a safe shed around the back. Damaged packaging. Disgraceful service.”

“we bought 3 shutter blinds which arrived on time, packaging was damaged but goods all ok. The fitting instructions could be more detailed, you will need good diy skills to fit them, fortunately I'm fine with it but if you're not sure best to get them fitted. Only been up for a few days but they are sturdy and look great.”

“This is our 3rd blind from blinds2go. Again I can not fault them. Ordering is made so easy for you, just pick the blind you want decide how you want to fit it, then supply your sizes, blinds2go do the rest from your sizes. Blind arrived within 2 days, well packaged fitting instructions supplyed. The blind is excellent quality and has finished the room off perfectly. Thank you 😀”
