“Tried to follow the written installation instructions supplied - disaster. DOWNLOAD THE INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE WEBSITE - THEY ARE CORRECT AND TOTALLY CONTRADICT THE PAPERWORK SUPPLIED!”

“This company does not even make blinds. They are a middle man online retailer. I am still waiting for my blinds which they say are being shipped from whatever country makes them. It now explains why my blinds from Swift arrived within 7 days and these have still not arrived. Asked my credit card company for a refund. Given a tracking number 2 weeks ago which again is a lie.”

“Ordered both wooden blinds a roller blind. Delivery was longer than I expected however pleased with wooden blinds. Roller blind does not fit well as previous ones I have had to n the past.”
