“The blinds were delivered in tact, very smooth operation, easy to install and a good fit.....and look great. One part of the installation instructions was unclear regarding unknotting the cords may have be confusing to some DIYers but obvious if you cannot proceed to the next step after connecting the frame together. The distance the frame sits off the window when attached to the clips is slightly more than anticipated but at the order stage the minimum distance option (I think 18-22mm) was selected....but it does not affect the look or function of the blinds.”

“BE AWARE- always request a sample before ordering. I ordered multi stem warm grey blinds. They looked grey on website and as the description suggested warm grey. When they arrived no grey in blinds at all. When I contacted blinds2go was told nothing they could do as that's what i ordered. How they can state warm grey when clearly no grey at all. I have also emailed orla kiely to advise.”
