“Shopping experience great as normal,only reason not a 5 ,is because the chain to pull the blinds up and down a lot shorter this time, and as a recess blind a little difficult when reaching in to pull up blinds as I have arthritis.Very pleased with blinds other than this”

“Beautiful blinds bit difficult with the strings but weve more or less got there we got exact fit but im going to get recess for the other windows im hoping they are as easy to install as exact fit”

“I just ordered ribbons for the verticals. It probably would've been more economical ordering the full blind but as I already had the fittings it seemed a waste. I have the PVC even though they cost more as they last longer, are easy to clean and you can't see through them. They arrived about a week before the delivery date I was given (you do get an email from courier). Great service.”
