“Order arrived well packaged and under the date advised. However of the 2 blinds I ordered. One side of one of the frames did not have the holes punched out for the clips to pop in so I had to drill these out myself. The other blind was also missing the bag of small screws to screw the frame into place. It would have been too much hassle to return and wait for replacements so I just fixed the issues myself. Better quality control needed.”
