“When I receive the blinds I bought them in black Friday so I didn’t particularly pay a huge amount for them which I’m extremely glad I didn’t cause they turned up they looked very cheap and plasticky not wood like at all… They haven’t been Threaded up properly as when you pull the blinds halfway you have to make sure that it’s level do you have to play around with the strings otherwise you have one side longer than the other”

“The blinds I received were marked with what looked like oil Staines. Fortunately there were two spare strips and I turned the other marked ones around so the staines were to the outside. The mechanism feels rough. These are budget blinds and I would not order them again.”

“My son ordered a roller blind, they sent the wrong size it was to short, so emailed them sent photos of the blind next to a measuring tape to show they sent wrong size to what we asked for, couple of weeks later they sent another blind but is was exactly the same size to what they had sent him before, so phoned customer service and after sending more photos, even photo of window with measuring tape the girl on the phone said she had ordered it again, couple of weeks later blind came OMG!! It was the exactly the same size of the other two, so he has three blinds that are no good to him. We have asked for a refund but they won’t give refund only 30% off our next order, what a joke when we have given them three Chances to get our order right. We have three blinds that is no good for us so will end up at the tip. shame as I have used them a few times before but never again. We are seeking advice on how to get our money back.”

“Ordered the pvc vertical blinds. They came but were 25mm too short, got in touch with blinds 2 go, they asked me to measure the blinds but they would not admit they were short, offered me a 50% discount to make the slats the right length. Wouldn’t be ordering from them again. Pictures attached.”

“I furnished 7 windows of my house with Blinds2Go blinds. They were lovely quality and are all doing very well. The only problem I have ever had with them was a tiny broken cord clip. I emailed them and within an hour I had a reply along with a replacement dispatched. If only all companies were this efficient!”

“Return and support are very poor. If you made any mistake you just end up 5 wooden blinds no good for you. They only offer 25% offer for next order. But what I’m going to do with this one. You really need to do something better for support. Never recommend.”

“Our wooden slatted roller blinds are strong and smart to look at. They prevent cold air coming from my kitchen windows and have made my kitchen warmer. They were not the easiest blinds to install and needed two people to fit them correctly. Overall though, I am very pleased with their durability and appearance .”

“Ordered a PerfectFIT DuoLight Nickel Grey Thermal Blind, for the Ensuite Window, fitted perfectly looks great, good value, just make sure you measure your window correctly, follow the guide on the website and everything should be great.”
