“Measured and ordered my day night blinds I made a mistake I made one of the blinds longer. This means the blind hits the window sill when I close it. The blinds are great quality easy to fit abs I will but Shaun”

“I ordered the chalkwhite grain and smoke faux wood blinds which are held together with rows of vertical cotton tapes. When they arrived, the tapes had been attached in such a state that when the blind is pulled up the fabric gathers in a crumpled mess. Customer services was most unhelpful and told me that this is how the blind should look and there was nothing wrong with the poor standard of these blinds. No where on the website does it show the blind pulled up. I have ordered several blinds over the years from this company, but the quality has definitely gone downhill.”

“Ordered 120 x 120 Venetian blind on 24/11/21. Had various emails saying delayed. On 17/12/21 rang company who checked and came back to say ready for dispatch. Received further email on 20/12/21 to say delayed again estimated dispatch now 20/12/21. Rang them again and they were unable to confirm dispatch date therefore I cancelled order and required refund. Will never use them again. Only gave 1 star as couldn’t give nil.”

“Fantastic service! Delivery within days, packaging very good so no damage to products. Easy to install and assemble and they look amazing! We were going to purchase colonial shutters but the wood effect chunky blinds look just as good at a fraction of the cost. Will recommend to everyone we know!”
