“The blind is beautifully made and arrived in good time. The area which could be improved is communication. I received notification that my order would arrive within a set period covering around 3 days. I was informed that I would be notified when it had been despatched. Unfortunately, the item did not arrive in the allotted time nor was I informed that it was delayed. I went back onto Blinds 2go website and checked delivery with my order details - the delivery date had been extended. The item did arrive within the new allotted time but I did not receive an email stating that it had been despatched. Luckily, my husband had arrived home early to take delivery. On the whole though, I'm very pleased that I chose Blinds 2 go. Thank you.”

“Blind was perfect for the purpose we needed .. privacy yet able to open the top windows for ventilation..looks great, very nice pattern. Delivery took bit longer than originally advised but worth the wait.”

“I chose the wooden blinds with tape, they look very nice, good quality. One thing that I was unhappy about is the pellmet was about 8mm larger than the blind so I had to cut this down to the correct length. I hope if I order again which I probably will do I won’t have the same problem.”

“Very efficient although let down on promised comms regarding delivery, so lose a star. However, blind is very good and fits perfectly. A fraction of the cost proposed by someone who claim to never knowingly being undersold. We have a similar blind from Ikea that is much cheaper nut you can see and tell this one is far higher quality.”

“Blind came in time, well packaged. I did request controls to be on the right hand side but they were on the left. I didn’t realise that I could of taken the blind apart and put it back together myself with the controls on the right until after I’d put the blind up, but it was quite difficult to put up so did not want to take it back down. Overall for the money I would recommend.”
