“Blinds are of great quality. It’s very easy to measure for your blinds and you have lots of information on the website in case you have any questions. Delivery is super quick and they are easy to install yourself. Brilliant service, all my blinds are from blinds2go. Great prices for made-to-measure blinds too.”

“This is the first time I have ordered from this company and I was impressed with their customer service and how I was kept updated with the progress of my order. It arrived in a timely fashion and was beautifully packaged. However, the reason for me only giving 4 stars was to do with the fitting of it!! I had to read the instructions three or four times at least to try and understand them. Eventually, after several hours and incurring injury to my hand I managed to get one clip (out of 3) actually fully installed. As a single female I am well used to DIY and can tackle most things but the blind now needs brute strength and ignorance to get it fully installed as I am clearly not strong enough “to push it into the restraining clips”!! Also, I managed to break the side pieces on the finishing valance which now require glueing so I was obviously far too heavy-handed when I reached that stage! Despite all of these woes and the fact that it is only held up by one clip, it does look lovely in my bathroom but surely it shouldn’t require an all-day marathon to put up a 3 ft Venetian blind ???!!!”

“The reason they have such high ratings on their website and social media is because they delete all negative comments and block paying customers on Instagram who haven’t received their order after 10 weeks! They have taken my money for an order they can’t fulfil!”

“If I could give 0 stars I would. My experience with Blinds2Go has been appalling. I’d just moved into my new home at the start of August and I ordered 7 wooden blinds for the front of my house on the 16th August after a bit of shopping around online. 13 weeks later and I’ve now cancelled the order after shocking customer service. The delivery date was pushed back 7 times and to this day I still haven’t been told what the delay was caused by. I was never told about the delays by a member of customer services, I was only updated by checking myself daily using their tracking system. Eventually I began emailing and calling to get answers, and the responses I got were “we don’t get told what the delays are by the production team”. This is not how you operate an online business. Communication is key. Then a customer service rep suggested I change my order to a different product. So I ordered more samples to select one that was most similar to the product I originally ordered. They then told me I would have to wait another 36 working days on top of the already 65 working days I’d already waited. They had “no way of fast tracking the ‘new’ order”. I’ve since had a refund and empty apologies. It is unacceptable for a company to hold onto customer’s money for 13 weeks and not deliver on their promises. I have since ordered from Swift Direct Blinds on the 30th October and received my order on 4th November. I placed and received an order in less time with them than it took for Blinds2go to process my refund. Avoid at all costs! Swift direct blinds are the same price more or less so I would highly recommend them.”

“I ordered blinds from three different blind companies and all arrived before or on time. Promised delivery 2nd November and now a revised date of 11th November. No communication whatsoever. Won't be ordering again.”
