Quality of both products was awful. Combined £90 tracksuit and the quality felt like cardboard. Sent back for a refund.

Item missing from order. Items received were bang on, like all the other products my family have ordered throughout the year. I placed an order as an Xmas present and my experience has been a let down. I felt like I was accused of either misplacing the item or trying to steal it. I personally after this, will not be ordering again

Didn’t ever receive, not only did they send the wrong sweatshirt, they also sent wrong size also, no time to get Christmas present now.

Received wrong item, did not get item i ordered and had to pay to return item that was sent in error (not my fault) not happy with the service I received.

Ordered hoodie size L... far too bid. Spoke to customer service who advised I could return it for an exchange to another size. Did this only to find that before they will send out the exchange I have to wait 10 days for them to process rhe return. This means I might not have the exchange item for Christmas (its a gift). Had this been made clear at the time I would have returned for a refund and simply placed another order. Customer services have not been helpful.

Misleading customers as having items in stock despite them knowing the sizing is different is unethical, illegal and a poor way to treat customers

I tried to return an item. No contact number, the email contact failed to reply, the qr code did not work so i could not send item back. Post purchase care non existent. Dreadful. Would never purchase from this place again! Also when rating the product would not allow you to pick poor and defaults to good.

My order arrived torn and damaged, with several items missing. I provided photos as proof and did not sign for the delivery, yet Blakely relied on an unverified courier note claiming “no damage” and would not offer a refund. They insisted on a replacement or store credit, which goes against UK consumer rights for missing or damaged goods. Customer service was slow, dismissive, and unhelpful throughout. Very disappointing experience.

1 star is the lowest I can give but would give a 0, my parcel was not delivered and even though I have contacted both the delivery company and Blakely to complain I have received no response or refund

Back and forth trying to get an exchange for a faulty item and they are using every excuse they can not to give me an exchange. Not good customer service and a sham of a company. Would not recommend and will not wear previous items I have. Do not order!

I ordered a top and matching bottoms for my wife's birthday 9 days ago and still haven't received my order . They said it had been delivered but it hasn't and still haven't heard back from the team after an investigation into my missing items.

I never received my jumper as Royal Mail delivers it to the wrong address - as everyone could clearly see in my photos yet Blakely clothing refused to refund me and believed Royal Mail. After complaining they sent me another jumper (which I did not need now as was too late) that I can only return for store credit - so I’ve basically lost my money. First time ordering with them and would never do so again!

The product arrived with loose stitching around the pocket. I was told to send back via the faulty item returns option only to be presented with 2 options, refund minus the postage I paid or store credit. Why should I lose out on the postage part of the refund when you’ve sent a faulty item. I’m pretty sure this goes against the faulty goods act.
