“I know where every toilet is in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Ayr and a few other cities I visit. But now that I have the carx I seem to have relaxed a bit. I am not panicking about where the next toilet is gojng to be.”

“There is lots of information, help & tips from others , which could be useful. It’s nice to see you are not alone, with your symptoms & that there is support out there, be it virtual. It’s really nice to have that support. Haven’t had the need to use my card yet. But it will be useful when Im out & about in future. Denise”
