“Thank you for the card. Unfortunately I won’t be using it as I have received one from another source on which the message is much clearer. If I have an emergency it would take too long for someone unfamiliar with your card to read it and enable me to avoid a disaster. I’m sorry to be negative because I think you do great work but this is my honest view of this particular product.”

“I feel very lucky to have found such a helpful service, the card came through the next day. The man who contacted me (Ted) has put me in touch with a nurse ( Emma) who was equally brilliant in helping me to manage my self catheterisation, as my hospital appointment had been cancelled.”
