“I found out about this and immediately applied for a card. It arrived promptly and the following day I was in a store that didn’t have a public loo. I needed the loo urgently and they offered me the use of the staff facilities having seen the card. Many thanks. More people would benefit from this card. Keep up the good work.”

“I have received my card but have not been able to use it yet due to now being in isolation but obviously in the future I will use it when I need to !! It is good to know that I have it with me at all times in case I do indeed need to use it !!”
