“My card came very quickly and I received a courtesy call not long after. The man I spoke to was very helpful! I haven't had chance to use my card yet but I'm sure it will be very useful when I do!”

“We had as day out in Weston a few weeks ago and I needed the loo foo empty my bag. I went to the cinema and a lovely member of staff allowed me to use the disabled toilet. He couldn’t help out enough! So it does work showing it”

“As at this time I am self isolating indoors, so although I am not going out, if and when I’m able to go out, the knowledge of the “can’t wait card” in my possession is of a great benefit. Thank you”

“Thankfully I haven't had to us it yet, but even having it makes me feel much more secure. When I have a particularly bad flare up of IBS it can make going out, even for something as simple as a walk, a very anxious and troubling experience. Now I feel much safer and relaxed knowing I have the card. Thank you, I really appreciate it. Kd Rgds.”
