“There is always someone to listen and give advice. Everyone has had their own issues but are happy to lend an ear and give advice or share their own experience. I didnt realise how many people who are just like I am.”

“Well a friend recommended you I only had to wait a couple of days for my card very pleased as when I want to pass water I need to go straight away or else I just wet my self showed my card and they let me use the toilet straight away no queuing or there would of been a puddle on the floor x”

“I've found it hard in the past when I have to go urgently for anyone in a shop to listen, it's very distressing when this happens as I can empty my bladder completelt if I can't get to the toilet fast enough. The card has been really life changing, especially through covid lockdown as more toilets have been closed. Thanks for sending it out quickly and for all the information it's been very helpful.”
