“I haven't need to use the card due to restrictions on movement with Covid 19 and being at home most of the time. But I feel reassured that it's there as and when I am in need of a backup to my condition.”

“I had an ileoanal Pouch constructed just over 20 years ago. In all that time I have never used the disabled facilities even when desperate and they were the only facilities available. I suppose like many others I looked on them more as a mobility facility but I have come to realise that I have every right to use them given my condition, maybe more than others. The can’t wait card gives me the confidence if ever challenged without having to explain myself. One flash of the card and job done. Thank you John”
