“I phoned up to request a card for access to a toilet. I received all the information in the pack regarding other services on offer as well as my card. It came very quickly and I was impressed with the help and support on offer.”

“Very quick delivery time - never knew about this until I did research on my own as I have been struggling for years with my illness and it’s sometimes shameful asking to use toilets in public places when none available- but this should be a lot of help to a lot of people struggling. Thank you! :)”
