“It was such a great relief to have a card as it has been such a worry going out esp in lockdown as public toilets were closed.... It is good to know that your services are out there and available, I now feel supported and am starting to accept and relax into my situation, thank you”

“The card arrived quickly but I have found that some businesses/places do not recognise it and won't allow you to use their services. This is not helped that Covid has closed lots of toilets.”

“I went to boots to do some shopping and they refused to let me use the toilet, even though I showed them the bladder and bowel card but they said they don’t recognise the card”
