“This is a great idea as it’s a very embarrassing problem and shouting it out every time I have a problem was too much. Now all I need to do is show the card.”

“I received the card very promptly I am pleased that this has come about had horrible looks for years over using disabled toilet only if desperate! It’s a good idea and true that not all disabilities are visible.Ive not had to use it but a comfort in case.”

“Thank you so much for my card. I suffer from colitis, so this is a truly life changing service for me, as it means I can leave the house without worry too much about finding myself in an embarrassingly difficult situation. I can show my card without the time consuming aspect of trying verbally to explain and prove about how my condition affects me, and the urgency that can mean I need to use an available toilet. Carry the card makes me feel more confident.”
