“I received my card quickly, I have not had cause to use it as yet, having not been out and as locally there are toilets still available. But I'm very pleased that I have it for when it may be necessary.”

“Thank you so much for my “just can’t wait card”. I haven’t had to use it yet but it gives me great peace of mind that in an emergency I have that added security of knowing that I can quickly have access to a toilet whilst also discretely letting people know that there is an issue rather than just simply jumping the queue. I really appreciate having this card.”

“I was diagnosed with anal cancer in 2003. Radiotherapy has damaged both my bowels and bladder. , leaving me with problems. I am SO GRATEFUL to have this card and although I’ve not needed to use it due to lockdown I am feeling more secure to being able to ask to have priority when urgently needing the loo. For 17 years I’ve been aware of such a card. Thank you so much to your community.”
