“Many stores, especially during the pandemic, will not let you use their toilet. When I show them my card, I haven’t been refused yet. As I really have a bad problem, it sometimes makes me feel that I can’t go out, but if I have my card, it’s like a comfort blanket. Thank you so much.”

“Apart from someone phoning me up to sell more products this was excellent. I'm not at the stage yet where I feel comfortable talking about what I might or might not need, so the call threw me but the guy was very nice and took me straight off the list for any further phone calls.”
