“Very quick and easy”

“The process to order the card was straight forward; it arrived really quickly. My only concern is that shops I’ve been to don’t recognise the Card and there was a significant delay with staff gaining permission for managers. This is an issue.”

“Thanks very much for the free Just Can't Wait card! I am very grateful to you for sending me it. I can't go out much, but when I do, it's always a worry when I have to use a toilet quickly. This card will be very helpful as it means I will have access in an emergency to use toilets I wouldn't otherwise be able to use.”

“Even a store who has shut their toilets allowed me to use them which was amazing that we didn’t have to terminate our outing. It would be good if we could purchase a solid card, a bit like a bank card because it wouldn’t be such a worry forgetting to take it out of pockets before laundry”
