“With restricted visiting now being allowed for hospital patients I Was able to show the card to staff at hospital where my daughter is a patient to allow me to use a toilet. If I had not had the card I was being refused. I dread to think what would have happened. It is a small local hospital and no alternative nearby. So thank you for offering this great service.”

“I received card very quickly. I haven't needed to use it yet as I am cautious about going out at present. But I am happy to have a card again. I had one some years ago but my purse was stolen with it in. Thank you.”
