“Good service. Very helpful with regards to my current needs. Awaiting my first order from them due on 18th November. Haven't had to produce my card yet but I have it with me. Also recommended this company to a relative who also has b&b problems.”

“My card has helped me so much! As a bus driver with IBS and menstrual difficulties access to a toilet is essential. No public toilets are open in Edinburgh and a lot of businesses will not allow me access to toilets. With my card, one I am declined use, I show them and I can go! It's a life saver! I know longer have to worry that I will have a personal and embarrassing accident in my bus”

“It was a relief (pun intended) to receive my JCW card even though in COVID times it’s not been used yet. It was also disappointing that the app does not apply in Northern Ireland. All in all I’m pleased with the service. Thank you”
