“My card arrived promptly. I have used it once in Boots the chemist. I showed them my card. They said I cannot use their facilities? So up to now I'm not impressed at all.”

Dear John, Apologies for not addressing your issues sooner - What a year we've had. We're sorry to hear your card was not accepted in Boots. The card is a communication tool, as opposed to a 'pass' to use the toilet. We are working to raise awareness with all levels of community to improve everyone's understanding of what it's like to live with a bladder and or bowel condition.
