“Arrived on time and in perfect condition not had the chance to use it yet but its is with me always and takes alot of pressure of me when out and about can relax more knowing i can use it thank you”

“Yes thankyou, have received the card. Not really sure how to use it and do all shops understand about it as I would feel very embarrassed about asking somewhere if I could use their toilet to be told No. Could you perhaps please elaborate. Many thanks.”

“I phoned up to request a card for access to a toilet. I received all the information in the pack regarding other services on offer as well as my card. It came very quickly and I was impressed with the help and support on offer.”
