Thanks so much for your review, We're aware that some establishments still lack the awareness to immediately grant access to a staff toilet (if this is what is required) but we certainly hope that you have a positive experience. “The card is very helpful and has been recognised by a couple of establishments. It would however be helpful if these cards could be produced in different languages for when travelling.”

“I’ve only had the card a couple of weeks so haven’t had to use it yet. But having it with me gives me comfort, had a bad experience while on holiday in Norfolk, the shop assistant wouldn’t let me use loo, I couldn’t bring myself to tell her about my problem in front of other customers, if I’d had the card I could’ve just shown her. It’s a great idea, thank you.”
