You'll need to make sure this is all set up before you complete the form on our website, and then you should be guided through the process. “I had a home visit from the GP surgery nurse. He was very friendly, informative and helpful. Lots of good advice was received and an option for aids if required. Excellent service.”

“Brilliant! I was able to show the card on my mobile phone and use the loo in somewhere where I wasn’t eating or drinking and the restaurant gave me the code to go and use their toilet with no questions asked!”

“I find the site quiet helpfull, and informative in understanding my current health conditons. Also other people's expeience's of dealing with such conditions, and medical procedures they have encountered on their journey back to health, is again helpfull and informative. Although these are not subjects usually spoken about, its nice to find a community where issues to do with the bladder and bowel, can be openly discussed and researched without any sense of shame or embarasment.”

“Yeah really will help me , as I have been shopping and had to leave the shop to find a toilet as I have Crohn’s disease. So hopefully show my card and the shop can help me. So thank you.”
