“Thank you for your quick response.i have not had cause to use it yet but will need to use it sometime in the future. My brother has the same card and has had mixed responses.i will have to wait and see.keep up the good work it is important as it could save a lot of embarrassment THANK YOU”

“As I’m an expert at knowing where the loos are I have only used the card twice. The first time was fine, I was directed straight to the loo, the second time they were helpful eventually after they took my card and went to check it out with the manager, but it defeated the whole object as I could have gone and found somewhere in that time. Overall though I’m glad I’ve a card as it’s reassuring to have.”
