“If only all my cards were on my phone! I love that feature. However the map is the most important bit to me but the card keeps popping up and obscuring it. Also the map sometimes puts me in France (I’m on the IOW). Also it would be good to have more toilets subscribe to the scheme - there are very few here on the island.”

“I only recently found out about the B&B community but find it helpful and quick to respond. The "just can't wait" card has been a useful persuading factor on a couple of occasions.”

“Simple to obtain "emergency card" BUT it would appear few store staff / management are aware of them or understand them. Perhaps a high level approach to Liddle, Argos, M&S, Tesco etc. would help.”
