“It’s authority was questioned when I took the card into a hotel and showed it discretely. But it worked really well much to my relief. I have since lost the card with a stolen purse and miss it greatly!”

“Nathaniel can't give a review because he's only 9 😊 but as his mom I hope this card will be easy for him to use on days we are out. He was born with anorectal malformation and imperforate anus and will always be bowel incontinent, but nothing fazes him and he actually feels like a grown up with his card in his special wallet. He is also going to use it at school with his teacher ❤️”

“As I have just been diagnosed sending for the card and disabled key was the first thing I did . The card is very helpful even though I haven’t had to use it yet. I was surprised by the size of the key for the disabled toilets it’s very big and visible as I am still trying to get used to every part of my problem the key has just made me feel like I’m disabled with a capital D . The advice on your site has been very helpful and thankyou for the card”

“It is so handy for any of us that suffer with these issues to have something like this to make it more discreet when asking to use a toilet. I recently had to explain my situation in front of a queue of people and this card will save me future embarrassment so thank you! The only little suggestion for improvement would be to personalise it with a photo/name so that they know you’re not just using someone else’s card and take it more seriously but other than that great!”

“Thank you very much for my cant wait card it has helped me in difficult situations where i can not wait in a queue and had to use the disabled toilet however i have noticed some restaurants/ shopping malls have noted to me that i must also have a disabled key to use for these toilets. But still has come in handy”
