“It's a great card to have, really helpful wherever you are. Some shops don't understand the system, but are making exceptions. Small shops have never heard of it. But are catching on to it.”

“Only given 4 stars as i had ordered 2 cards one for myself and my mum .. i received mine but my mum hasnt received hers ... tried to order hers again and it still hasnt came other than that its just so easy to use”

“The community provides an excellent service & provision in providing the ‘just can’t wait card. Thank you so much for this superb innovation. I truly do appreciate it. My only problem is that my mother & father-in-law lost theirs & I’m have much trouble replacing them. I complete the online application, get the on screen thank you message but no confirmation email arrives. Subsequently no card arrives. I’ve been trying to reorder their cards for weeks now with no success. Any help in resolving this would be much appreciated please.”

“Did not get the result from my local opticians, looked at it with suspicion. However I feel that if introduced by surgery boards or media of some kind it would be accepted. Also mailed thru local shops etc might give it a better chance.”

“I have diverticulitis so I asked for a "Just Can't wait" card from the Community. I haven't had to use it yet but hope that it will get me out of trouble if I need it. Some towns (Looe for instance) lock their disabled loos and they are not on the Radar Key scheme so my key is no use there. Hopefully the card will save me from any embarrassing accidents.”

“Costa coffee in Ayrshire do not allow you to use their toilet in an emergency even though I have emergency card. Tried to explain to staff I have Crohn's and no one listened!!!”
