“I received my card last week so haven't as yet had occasion to use it but would like to say it has given me the confidence to ask to use the toilet in any public place which otherwise may not use their toilet. I think it's a great idea and so pleased I watched the TV programme that was promoting it .”

“The card arrived quickly. It is a wonderful service. I mostly use a power-chair so not always possible to find disabled loo. Having the card gives instant peace of mind. I have yet to use the card, but I'm sure the more people that use one, the more people will be used to seeing them.”

“Thought the idea of a card to go to the toilet urgently was a brilliant idea as before having my colostomy! I had a sacral stym fitted which was unpredictable and caused me a lot of problems finding a toilet. 10 out of 10”

“I have downloaded the APP but when I open it up the card appears for about 2 seconds before the APP closes down again. But I do have the card you sent that I can use!”

“Providing the ‘Just Can’t Wait’ card is a fantastic resource for people to use - very grateful for receiving it. However, I was shocked and very disappointed when it arrived by post with a sticker on the envelope clearly telling the postman and other handlers that the recipient had bladder and bowel problems. Perhaps you should review the corporate labels used as they are not respectful of sufferers dignity.”

Hi, Thank you for your review - I hope you find it useful when out and about! Your feedback is very much appreciated and I would like to reassure you that it will be passed to the relevant people. We send out thousands of Just Can't Wait cards every month and, unlike many other companies, we do this free of charge. In this sense we can't afford to have any wastage which is why we put a returns address on the envelope to that if the address is incorrect they will come back to us. I hope this gives some explanation as to why we do it, we certainly don't want to cause any embarrassment to anyone and I apologise if that was the case in this instance.
