“As a stroke co-ordinator, the 'I can't wait' card is a great resource for many of my clients. However...........as I can only order 1 card at a time, it's a great pressure on my limited time to help each client apply for one individually online. Many of my clients are unable to access the internet so can only do this with my help. It would make so much more sense if I & my colleagues could have a small number to hand to give out where necessary”

“Hello.. I have been in need of the can't wait card for a while, sometimes it is hard to try and explain to people that you really need a toilet. By the time you have explained your dire need, accidents occur. Hope fully this card will speed up the process of access to the toilet,without explaining the whole thing 1st. Thank you so much for the free card. This could make a big difference to my life.”

“I have received my I can’t wait card. It is fantastic, however the leaflet that came with it was quite offensive. I am 23 years old and I understand that the majority of your audience may be of the older generations. However receiving a leaflet with a massive picture of two elderly people on the front was very embarrassing.”

“although i have yet to put the card i received i feel that i can venture out more than i do now in confidence in stead of worrying about planning my journey via public toilets and not taking a spare set of clothes in case of taking short i think it is a great idea for people with the same sort of condition i have, regards gordon”

“I use the card alot..the only thing I find is that some shops will not let you use there toilets coz of health and safety laws....its upsetting because if your needing the toilet and they refuse it's a case of either messing there floor or your self...I understand it's upto them..”
