“I think the text “I just can’t wait” needs to be clearer, as some people might not understand what is says if their English isn’t good”

“It's a great idea and it does work rather well but theirs really needs some kind of link to the NHS on the card as occasionally people don't believe it's a real thing.”

“Thank you for sending my card out so promptly as i lost my other card, having this card is a blessing when going out either shopping or going out for pleasure. Being able to use the toilet were ever I go now is such a life line”

“The card is very useful. But not everyone in the public eye accepts it. I have something to suggest. Couldn’t the card be used as a swipe card to get into toilets that are locked? This would save carrying the radar key? I know that the cost would be in change no locks on toilets, but I think a swipe card would be more convenient.”

“THe I just can't wait card was great however lost my purse applied for a new one 2 week ago but have yet to receive it. But I do like the information I receive from the community as I feel I'm not alone”

“The card is good. I have been given a 'due to my cancer trratment' one as well. On 2 occasions people have asked to read the fine print. One asked if I really had had kidney cancer etc. Rude. They just don't get it sometimes and think it is like a fastpass to an Alton towers ride.”

“The card gives me sense of security. The app on my phone isn't always reliable. In Edinburgh this weekend, it either just kept dropping out, or wouldn't zoom in to give me nearby locations.”

“I think the card is an excellent idea, certain Pubs, Cafes in our area take a very low view on people walking in to use their facilities. At least this gives us a valid/legitimate reason when and if we need it! Thank you.”

“We received our card, which fortunately we have never had to use yet. My son is 5 with a hidden disability, it would be great if the card could also include that the person may need to use a disabled toilet. We get lots of remarks and looks from people who do not understand. Also a child friendly one, so perhaps showing a child , more brightly coloured. It's usually assumed that it's just a child needing to use the toilet. This isn't always the case for us and sometimes I will need to clean my son and give him a complete change of clothing so having a card is helpful to us”
