“I am so pleased with my card as at moment we are in lock down and have not been out to use it yet it will make a driffrance to my life as I have panick attacks as I just wet myself if can not find toilet thank you it will change my life carol clogg”

“Card arrived promptly, so very good service. However, no public toilets open, even disabled toilets in the Southampton area. Also as no shops being open I cannot access a toilet in an emergency. Can't there be a law that public toilets remain open - even during this pandemic.”

“I received my can’t wait card and have already had an opportunity to use it. It was in a petrol station and they looked at the card and opened the toilet so I could use it. Thank you so much. Things could have turned out very messy if I hadn’t had it.”
