“Very efficient and friendly service, informative and very helpful. Hopefully will get as good a service with my prescription for catheters. Have had to use the card already in costa as their toilets were locked and they said I couldn’t use them. When I showed my card they couldn’t have been nicer and unlocked them for me immediately. Such a relief”

“Thank you the card was received in timely fashion. it looks very professional and i have used it already at a cafe that was only doing takeaways due to covid. upon showing the card i was allowed to use their facilities which was very much appreciated.”

“Following removal of urethral catheters & then a supapubric catheter, I had to retrain myself to pee normally again. I requested an "I can't wait" card and was pleased to receive it promtly. when in possession of the card, I was able to produce it to access shop toilets without having to wait in long Covid related queues. I subsequently obtained a "Radar" key to use at secure toliet sites which helps me accordingly.”

“Your service is excellent and the card arrived promptly. I have seen a much better card with a white background. Your colours are wrong. Just Can't Wait is excellent but white on blue doesn't work well.”
