“The online request form was very straight forward. I received the card promptly especially due to the current circumstances and Christmas at that time. It has given me confidence in shops should I need to use this. Thank you.”

“Little delay but covid must be to blame with postage delays. It's free and such a peace of mind knowing I can go anywhere and be entitled to use their toilets.”
