We don't send out Radar Keys with toilet card orders - if you're a customer of our Home Delivery service you may be offered one as part of the service. “I tried using my card in a bed and breakfast at Bets y coed. The owner couldn’t let me use the toilet as they were all en-suite. Didn’t think at the time what’s he use. He sent me to a nearby surgery and I had to explain everything to the receptionist as toilets were for patient use only. I can’t tell you how embarrassing this was she told me I had to clean the toilet after me. As if I wouldn’t. What’s wrong with these people it’s only a toilet 🚽”

“Tried to call their helpline which kept me waiting then offered me to leave my name and number so they could call me - they didn't! I wanted a physical card but received an email to say my 'digital' can't wait card was ready, but I didn't want a digital one on a phone, and there was no means of speaking to anyone about it. Very poor”

“I haven't had any information from anyone or anywhere about my condition. I was searching on line to see what I could find. I came across your site and found it very helpful. “Thoroughly recommend bladder & bowel Community Full support at times needed especially when it's hard to come to terms with longterm changes illness and disabilities to our bodies. There's always someone to talk to. The company supply supplies and you can get a just can't wait card either digital hard card... a lifeline a family is how I describe bladder and bowel Community”

Dear Cheistina, You shouldn't have to wait long at all :) If you applied online for a digital card, the link download should arrive within seconds - do apply again and look out for an email from us with details. If you applied for a plastic card by post, as soon as we've received your application and payment we will send out your card. If it has been more than 10 days, we'd need to look into this - please if you're concerned, email us at help@bladderandbowel.org and we will chase your order.
