Dear Silvia, Thank you for your review and we're sorry that you haven't had a more positive experience. If you ordered a card online, via the online application form on our website, this would have been for a digital card. You would have received a link via email, to enable you to access your unique link. If this has expired, please repeat the process. If you would prefer a physical card, we make a small charge to cover postage and packaging. “I was phoned back the next day to answer my questions. I was given very helpful advice and useful sites were e-mailed to me so that I could further research my problem myself. Very professional but at the same time, very friendly and I was instantly at ease discussing my problems.”

“Only just joined the community, thanks to a brilliant conversation with John, one of the advisers. Welcome pack arrived the following day and I'm hopeful that the transition from my current appliance supplier goes smoothly. Sorry I can't answer the remaining questions due to my first delivery in mid September. But so far, so good. I really appreciate the access to a dedicated urology nurse to answer questions etc. Thank you very much.”

“It os so reassuring that there is sipport avaolable. In normal circumstances people dont talk about toileting. But having cauda equina syndrome and bladder incontenence and bowels that just dont want to work. For me it is a lifeline to know no one bats an eyelid or becomes squeamish if I want help.”
